Personal Injury

Encompassed in this area of practice are claims for injury arising out of the negligence or wrongdoing of another. Examples of claims arising from negligence are injuries resulting from automobile accidents, defective products, or unsafe property. Examples of claims arising from the wrongdoing of another are libel, slander, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress.
